This page explains how we protect the content we publish and how to report a claim if you believe something on brennware.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Product photography, written descriptions, our logo, page layouts, and other original material published on this site belong to Nuvela Group LLC or are used under license, and are protected under applicable United States intellectual property law. None of it may be copied, redistributed, or reused for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Reporting a copyright or trademark concern
If you believe material on brennware.com infringes a copyright or trademark you own, send a written notice to support@brennware.com with the subject line "IP Claim" and include: a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed; the exact URL or product page where the material appears; your contact details (name, address, phone, email); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens after a claim is submitted
We review each notice individually. Where a claim is properly supported, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the party who posted or is otherwise responsible for it. Incomplete notices may delay our ability to act, so please include everything listed above.
Counter-notification
If material you posted or use was removed and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@brennware.com with your contact details, identification of the material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone found to be a repeat infringer of others' intellectual property rights.
Third-party content
Where our site displays content supplied by manufacturers, partners, or other third parties, rights in that material remain with its respective owner, and any concerns about it should still be directed to us at the contact below so we can investigate and, where appropriate, forward the concern to the responsible party.
